The Leaseadvice website is paid for by three Associations whose members have dealt with leasehold issues for many years.
BHDLA - Brighton Hove & District Leaseholders' Association (est. 1978)
LEA - The Leasehold Enfranchisement Association (est. 1991)
B & H ICLF - Independent Council Leaseholders Forum Brighton & Hove (est. 2000)
The Associations hold meetings in London and Brighton - UK, publish newsletters, research, and campaign. Offer practical advice, information, and guidance to leaseholders, councils, professionals, and government.
Association funds come from members - more than 8,000 blocks and individuals. Funds also come from sales of literature, videos, and sponsorship (always identified)
